Paste linking from Excel to Word

When I paste link a table from Excel to Word, the linked table in Word the
columns are shown spaced beyond the margin bu the document will print
correctly but will not show the entire table on the screen. When I select
print preview it may show only the first two columns of the documents but it
will again print out the entire page in its entirety.

This document was done about six months to a year ago and the pages were
showing correctly for 2004 and are showing correctly in Word for the 2005. I
work with financial statements and I am in the process of pro forma which is
mainly deleting out 2004 numbers so that 2005 numbers can be entered.

If I am not explained myself correctly because let me know and will try to
do a better job. The problem I have having is happening too frequently know.
If necessary I can send you an example of my problem through email.

My first thought is that you may need to replace/update your graphics card
driver.
