How can I cut and paste 5 fully formatted cells of data with boarders on the cells.... into a text box on another sheet as text only. no cells and no formatting. just text. I have a spreadsheet that has numerous cells of data. I need that same information to appear on another spreadsheet in a text box to use for scheduling. If I copy and paste the data, from multiple cells to a single text box, it brings it in as a table and all I want is just the text.

Hi
you may use: 'Edit - Paste Special - Values'

But...............................It won't let me do what I want it to

I have a spread sheet that has many different columns that contain various types of Print Shop data
I want to be able to copy the data from say 4 selected adjacent cells in a row, to the yellow text box below the table

I need these copied cells to be pasted in the text box with out boarders and as a single text string

I can't make anything I copy from the table, paste into the text box. I don't want to have to re-type the information that I have already typed once in the spread sheet and I need to copy multiple adjacent cells....not just one at a time

I can make it paste within the spreadsheet but not into the text box

HELP! And thanks in advance
