Paste email message into spreadsheet

I want to paste an email message into a spreadsheet. Not the message itself
but a something you click on that opens the message in Outlook or OE. How
to do it?

Could you be a little more precise?
Do you want to create a new Outlook message from Excel?
Or
Do you want to open an existing Outlook message from Excel?

Provided your message is saved as a file on your hard disk, this should be
pretty straight forward with Insert>Hypertext Link and then browse for the
file.
If not then I do not know of a solution for you.
