Start your machine and press the F8 key just after POST - before windows
starts to load, choose safe mode from the menu.
This will show you the default admin account.

no that admin has a password i forgot too

Sorry but I don't know of an easier way out for you, if it was THAT
simple to change admin passwords what would be the use of having them
?. Other than doing as the per the article or taking your machine to a
tech you will have to learn how to :
1. do a bare metal install of XP
2. not forget password info
3. backup important data

Don't feel bad most noobs don't understand the ramifications of
1.2.3 above until it's too late.
Just take your time read the instructions and you will be OK.

After you recover, go to help and support in start menu and enter into
the search button:-

create password reset disk

then on left of screen click on:-

Create a password reset disk ..... etc.

then follow the directions to create the disk

Now keep the disk in a safe place for next time you are in trouble in
this way!!
