Hi, I am running Windows XP Pro, and I am the only person
who uses this computer. when I first installed Windows,
it asked me everytime I entered a username or password on
the web if I wanted the computer to remember it, I like
this feature, but must have inadvertantly disabled it.
How do I get this pop-up back?

Thanks for your help

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet
Options.
Click the Content tab.
Under Personal information, click AutoComplete.
Select the check boxes for the AutoComplete option
Usernames and passwords on forms, then click prompt to
save.

Hope this helps

Hi Emily,

In Internet Explorer click on the Tools Menu then click on Internet
Options. On the Content tab, click on the 'AutoComplete' button. On the
AutoComplete Settings page, enable Autocomplete for Forms, Usernames and
Passwords. If you like, enable the prompt to save passwords option.
