Passwords will not save

I have XP media edition 2003, if you choose to have the password remembered on any application, IE, Outlook, etc... the password will never be saved.

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Fix

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
