Hi- I just changed over from Netscape to IE for Email. Previously, I
didn't have to sign in, the mail just came up. Is there an option in IE to
bypass the need to enter a password each time?

Yes, in the Account settings -properties -server tab, enter your password
and check the box to remember the password.
 
This newsgroup is for a stand-alone email program named Windows Mail.
As such, web-based mail issues are not covered here.
Your mail provider should be able to assist you with webmail issues.
