after replacing a faulty hard drive I have reinsalled xp Inow find that canot
enter the cmos setup asit requires a password as Idid not enter or save any
passords Iam at a loss it seems to consist of 6 digits any clues?

Consult either the motherboard's/computer's manual or the
motherboard's/computer's manufacturer's web site for instructions on
resetting or bypassing the BIOS password.
