Hello,
I recently got a new Jetta laptop in May and
recently I made a new password and forgot it. I don't
know if you can help me with how to retrieve it, but it
would be greatly appreciated.

You could try to log on with the original Administrator user:

How to Log On to Windows XP If You Forget Your Password or Your
Password Expires

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
