From the time the computer is turned on I want to be
prompted by a password so that no-one else gets into it.
How is this done.

assuming ytou run on Windows 98 or XP , go to CONTROL
PANEL, PASSWORD or USER ACCOUNTS ............. and
voila .......... you do the rest
