There are no Windows native tools to do that.
You are the Administrator?
You can change the password and then gain access.
But the child will know.
 
well you could install a keylogger. then you would know what keys he pressed when he was on
If you do a search for keyloggers on the net you should find some free ones that will be of some use.

put keylogger request. i have used a few different ones.
 
That sounds real good...Except it is a real good way to sew seeds of
distrust.
The best thing to do is to keep it all up front.
Ask/demand the password, if not given, go in and change the password.

There needs to be firm guidelines that the child understands.
Sneaking around without the child knowing will probably backfire once
the child finds out...and the child will eventually find out.
