Password Safe forgot my password!!??

I have a password database that's been used with Password Safe from
version v1.71, up to v2.13. Today I put my password in, and it won't
let me into the database.

I have a separate copy of the application and database on a USB pen
drive. That one won't let me in either.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Check to see if you have "Caps Lock" on.

Because passwords are case sensitive. His inability to open either
database with a password that worked previously, suggests the
possibility that he may accidentally have "Caps Lock" engaged. Once he
deactivates it, he will be able to enter his password properly.

This is just a suggestion. If this doesn't work it is possible that he
may have a more serious problem.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE NOT POSSIBLY KNOW THAT THERE CAPS LOCK IS ON?
 
Relax guys, and thanks for the advice. I did check caps lock, and it
wasn't that. It still doesn't work on PC#1, but the USB copy works fine
on two other PCs I tried it on. The problem's on this PC or

Writing the password into notepad to check the keyboard works, then
copying and pasting - didn't work either.

Still the main panic's over. I'm only locked out on my main PC, not all
of them.
