There is an exploit in the way that XP does password recovery that allows a user to create your own key file via a program (i dont have it i dont know what it's called) all i know is that my pc was locked down securly until i come accross some nerds at a LAN
All they need to do is boot the computer from Windows CD and load hte key file from a floppy and away they go full access
I locked down the Bios so they couldn't change boot order, Thats easy enough to bypass by reseting the BIOS, i could lock the box but i dont have locking bolts to do that and i dont want to buy a new case for this shitbo
Is ther
a) a way of disabling the recovery of passwords via recovery consol
b) a program that i can load before windows that has a password that they would need to re do the whole boot sector to boot window
c) a program that runs before windows login that locks the pc, that runs as a service for example in both normal and Safe mode
d) 4rd option that i haven't come up with as long as it locks them out or makes it extreamly hard or something they have never come accross before
