Can a password contain alphabets (in caps), numbers, and underscores etc all
at the same time?

What exactly does you mean by sufficient?
Pease try to be specific, in depth with an example OR let Mr. Mike Hall

It depends entirely on what kind of password it is. Some types can, others
can not.

Password to what, specifically? Different operating systems, networks,
and applications all have different requirements. You'll have to be
more specific.
