D Dave Peterson Aug 18, 2005 #2 Do File|SaveAs Then Tools|General Options Give it a nice password to modify. When the user tries to open that workbook, they'll be prompted to supply the modify password. If they don't know it, then they can open the workbook in readonly mode.
