Hi all
In Word XP, you were able to set the 'track changes' option on a document so
you could forward it onto a colleague for their input and then 'accept' or
'reject' the changes whenthe document was returned. However, there was also
a function which allowed you to password protect the document, so if your
colleague tried to remove the tracking whilst they were working on it, it
would prompt them for a password first.
I am now working with Office 2003 and cannot find the same facility. I
realise that the Protect Document dialog box no longer exists as we are now
having to use the task bar, but as the password option been removed
altogether?
Can anybody help?
Thank you.
