is there any way you can make it so when you turn your
computer on, it comes to a welcome screen where you put
in a password, and then after the password is accepted it
sends you to the normal welcome screen with the different
users? is that understandable? i dont think i explained
it well, but help!?

I understand this to mean you want your computer to come to
a password screen before you boots up to the welcome screen.
If this is so, it usually can be done, but that depends on
the motherboard manufacturer. What you would be looking for
is a BIOS level password for users. It won't be a pretty
screen, but it is usually there. Contact your computer or
motherboard manufacturer to find out how to set this.
