You can create profiles to separate your outlook profile from those of
another user. Once you make your profile, you'll need to create a
personal storage folder (usually a *.pst file) and the password option
is there. When it is completed you'll be prompted to enter a password to
open that storage file from your profile every time you access Outlook.
How can I password protect my outlook account on a computer that is shared.

Post and reply to newsgroup so everyone is enlightened thru shared
knowledge. Experience is a cruel but effective teacher.
 
Did you check with the folks over in the Office newsgroups? They may have a
better handle on this.
