That makes it sound as if the child has an account that is
an admin, or that the software starts in the context of their
account as part of their login. Either way, they can find
other ways around the software. However, you can prevent
this by setting the NTFS permissions on the taskmgr.exe
file. If you have Home then the most simple thing is to
log into a safe mode boot, navigate to taskmgr.exe in the
Windows\system32 directory. r-click into the properties
of the file, and on the Security tab Add the child's account
and then check Full Control in the Deny column. This
deny will override any of the grants that allow the child's
account use of the file.
