Password protect tab control

I have a 2 page tab control on a form called IncidentEntryFRM, one tab is
called "Incident entry" and the other is called "Managers page".
The basic information is entered into the Incident entry part of the tab, i
only need a simple way of password protecting the Managers page tab so that
only i can vew and work on what behind this tab.
Can you give it to me step by step as im a total novice.

You can also restrict to certain users by using code like:

http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0008.htm

to get the logged in user's name, and limit only those users to viewing that
tab.
