Password Protect Multiple Workbooks

Is it possible to password protect a group of workbooks? If not, can I
password protect an entire folder? I have many old workbooks that I'd like
to protect and the bottom line is I don't want to have to go into every
workbook and individually protect it one by one. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

See Windows Help on "permissions".

You can prevent others from accessing your folder.

I couldn't do it any better than Start>Help and Support>Permissions>Set, view,
change or remove special permissions for files and folders.
