Password protect all files in a folder

Hi,

I wish to develope a code which can go to a folder and password protect all
the files. Is this possible... please advise.

Yes.

1. You start an excel application object
2. Iterate through directory listing, opening each file
3. setting password-preotection, resaving and closing file
4. opening next
