password problems!!!

My friend has only had his new pc for about a month now,
when he boots up a box pops up that says this password
will expire in 12 days,(next day 11 days and so forth) it
says would you like to change password, if we click yes
we cant then enter a new password because we do not know
the old one, the user name is also wrong, it says "end
user" any ideas???

Go to the Microsoft site (www.microsoft.com). Click on SUPPORT.
Click on SEARCH THE KNOWLEDGE BASE. In the search box type "password
