Password problems

Hi, I screwed up and deleted my password. Well, not deleted exactly, I just typed over it and had it automatically remembered for about a year, meaning that I've long since forgotten what it actually was. If anybody can help me please e-mail at (e-mail address removed). There must be some way to reset the password...
 
If this is on your hosted account, you have to contact your host and have
them assign your account a new one, unless they have a way for you to
request your current password.
