Password not accepted in XP Pro

For some unknown reason, I can't log on to my laptop WINXP Pro. Last nite I
updated using the microsoft site in case of the worm attack. After updating
and rebooting I needed to make more space available in my C partition (I
have a C and D) and using Partition Magic I added more space....it worked
fine. I rebooted and all was ok.
Today I'm trying to log on and have 3 accounts, 2 of which need passwords (1
is the admin). It won't accept my password for any of the 2 accounts.
What can I do?
