Password Nightmare!

I have an e-mail account- which I am paying for- which ends in msn.com.
I purchased a new computer about a week ago and am now prompted to enter a
password.to access this e-mail account. I don't have it so I followed
instructions on forgotten passwords, i answered the secret question
correctly but it told me I WAS WRONG!!
Every attempt at customer service refers me back to the Help page which is
no help because I don't have a password or answer to the secret question.
I am now blocked out.
I have tried calling, e-mailing... without ANY help from Microsoft.
A very simple problem- WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Does anyone have any suggestions for this very frustrating problem?

Occasionally, it helps to wait 5 minutes after each unsuccessful try to
log on before trying again, in case the internet provider has temporarily
locked out even the correct password to cause trouble for people
trying to guess someone else's password.

I'm sorry, but I know of no way except sometimes the one below. The correct
thing to do is to contact the people you are paying for the mail service.
If they won't help stop paying them and get another service.

If you have Outlook Express using the mail account on that machine, go to
Tools | Accounts and export the account. WinMail can import the resulting
IAF file and sometimes that will include the password.
