I use the SystemRestorPoints program I found on Kelly's Korner.
I want to set up a schedule to automatically run the little app.

The Schedule Wizard keeps asking me for a password.
I'm the only user and do NOT have a password set up on this computers.

so when I get to that part of the Wizard it says.
Enter the username and it shows the computername/myname

But I don't need/have a password to log on to this computer.

So when I try to run the schedule app I get a message it could not run as
there was no password.

I don't have this problem on my other computer...just this one.

Please help

Scheduled Tasks Cannot Run with a Blank Password

After you schedule a task by using the Scheduled Tasks tool, the task may not run at
the time you chose. If you view the status of the task, you may receive the following
error message:
The scheduled task did not run because no user account password was entered.

Line #67 - Run Scheduled tasks without PW - Home - Before running this tweak, read
the note from David Candy.
From David Candy...
<snip>
It does far more than just allow tasks to run without a password.
It should not be used.
