Password forgotton... log in?

I have win 2000... and network server and what not... i
havnt used my comp in a few months... and i turned it on..
and the screen came up.. hit ctrl alt del to log in... i
forgot my password.. is there a way i can bypass the log
in?

Not easily. Also, anything you encrypted is gone forever.
THis is very scary. I have it on good authority that it works, though.
