Password for e-mails

How do I set a password for my e-mail files -- I have other employees who use my machine and read my e-mails.
 
Why doesn't everyone have their own profile? If you sign
on to the computer with your username and password and log
out when finished, they shouldn't be able to read your
emails.

you can password a pst and close outlook when you leave the computer. (but
separate user logons is better)
