Password Compleixty

When I enable password complexity for a domain, the
password has to meet the default requirements. I need to
adjust these requirements from 1 unique character to 2
unique characters.

How do you do this?

There are different complexity levels you can set but
there is no granularity. You have to use a third party
product. There are several out there. We use Password
Policy Enforcer.
