If you have made a Password Reset Disk before - you can use it to reset the
password. Else - there is no way you can get it back.

The other way would be to ask a "Administrator" to help you reset your
password - however if you are the administrator and have lost the password -
Password Reset Disk is the only thing that can help you reset your password

what can i do when i loss log in user password

Log in via the built-in administrator account, and re-set the user's
password. How you log in to the Administrator account depends on what
version of XP you have. In home edition, boot up into Safe Mode. In pro, at
the welcome screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice when you will get the W2K style
log-in dialog box.

If it's XP Home login with the built in Administrator account. Normally
it's blank unless you set one. To do so boot into safe mode by
restarting the computer and then repeatedly tapping the F8 key after the
BIOS screen disappears until the Advanced Options menu appears. Choose
safe mode. At the welcome screen the Administrator account should be
visible. Click on it and if no password had been set then it will log
you in. Then set a new password for the other account by going to User
Accounts in Control Panel.

If XP Pro it requires a password for the Administrator account when the
OS was installed so if you forgot the one password you probably don't
remember this other one. If you happen to remember it, boot up and at
the Welcome screen press ctrl-alt-del twice. That will bring up the
classic login box. Type Administrator in the name field and the password.

If it's XP Pro and you don't remember the Administrator password use
this utility to reset it.
