Free Pascal (aka FPK Pascal) is a 32 bit pascal compiler. It is available
for different processors Intel x86, Motorola 680x0 (1.0.x only) and PowerPC
(from 1.9.2). The following operating systems are supported Linux, FreeBSD,
NetBSD, MacOSX, DOS, Win32, OS/2, BeOS, SunOS (Solaris), QNX and Classic
Amiga.

Lazarus is nice, but Borland Delphi 6 PE is also freeware

But I doubt you can use it for commercial applications and Delphi 6.0 PE
isn't available on Linux ... with Lazarus you can develop cross-platform
applications.

In Linux, Delphi is called Kylix.
