Not to forget : Lazarus

Lazarus provides the class libraries for Free Pascal that emulate
Delphi and is a RAD like Delphi.

It's available for Linux and Win32.

But I doubt you can use it for commercial applications and Delphi 6.0 PE
isn't available on Linux ... with Lazarus you can develop cross-platform
applications.

In Linux, Delphi is called Kylix.
