Who pays full price for Norton software? It's always discounted and rebated.
I haven't paid a penny for NAV since 2000, and my copy of Ghost was also
free thanks to a 100% rebate on Norton Systemworks Pro. Even when Partition
Magic was owned by PowerQuest, I only paid $25, after discount and rebate,
and I've found many uses for it since that first time I partitioned my hard
disk. For me, $25 was a small price to pay when the very integrity of my
system was at stake.
As for BING, it's a fine program, but the interface is not for the novice,
like our OP. (Not that there's anything wrong with being a novice. I was a
novice for a long time. Too long, but that's another story.)

Why PM8? Suggesting for someone to buy PM8 for $70 is not good advice for
what they want to do, as in this case. You need to stop towing the MS
recommendation line, and think about reality, and common sense in what these
cases call for, and think about helping one to save money for these
particular needs. BootItNG will do exactly what he needs, and it is a trial
use for 30 days, and $35 to purchase, and can do everything PM can, other
than reverse file systems.
To the OP, go here
http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/ and download this
proggy, works a treat, and is well worth the money, and uses very little
drive space, or use up resources.
