I have deleted a partition on my pc and am now trying to figure out how
to transfer the, (what use to be my D drive,) extra "free space" to my C
drive. How do I do this?

Thanks in advance,
Ken

Without a 3rd party utility you can't, you will have to repartition the
entire drive.

Partition Magic or something similar.

This requires third party software such as BootIt NG. You can download a fully
working 30-day trial copy here:

You need a disk cloning tool, like Symantec Ghost, Powerquest PartitionMagic
or others. By cloning from one disk to another (and then back again, if you
like) you are allowed to change the size of partitions.

PartitionMagic might have function that can do the job even without cloning,
but I am not sure.

see http://www.powerquest.com or www.symantec.com
