The best way to uninstall a program is with the program's own uninstall
routine. Most of the time, this is done through Add or Remove Programs.
If there's no entry there, you can sometimes find an 'uninstall'
shortcut in the program's Start menu listing. Failing that you can go to
the program's folder in Program Files and look for the file that starts
the uninstall process.

Information about uninstalling a program is typically found in the
program's 'readme' file (typically ReadMe.txt.)

You should reinstall the program and follow the steps above. If that
still doesn't work you should contact the program's technical support
for specific information on how to remove the program.

The worst way to remove a program is to manually remove it. For all but
the simplest of programs you are unlikely to find all the files and
registry settings that you need to delete. And messing around in the
registry is not a wise thing to do, anyway.

There is so-called uninstall software out there, but you would have had
to install it before you installed your program, so that the uninstall
software could have watched the installation.
