part number database?

I would like to set up a part number database using prefix (PL-, EQ-, etc.)
pull downs and suffex (-01, -02, etc) addendums to part numbers. I would
also like to place descriptions, vendor(s) (pull down menu) and vendor
information, buy / make, type of part number, etc to a new system. I am
using a manual system right now and I'm not too far into it so I can change
it. Is there a canned system out there using MZS Access that anyone knows
about?
 
Microsoft.com. Search for templates. There are several inventory management
templates that might work for you.
