I have a Word doc that someone used to enter peoples addresses (Name, Addy,
City, ST, Zip) but for some unknown reason, the way they created it was the
first row of text is like this:

Mr./Mrs. Jeffrey and Elizabeth Dr./Mrs. Mark and Heidi
6412 E. Calle Rosa 8040 E. Indian School Rd

No commas, No Tabs, just across each line. So I can't copy/paste into Excel
cleanly. to get columns of Name/Addy/City/St/Zip and then rows of the actual
data.

I am having to copy/paste each section of each row and paste that into
Excel. VERY TEDIOUS and I have 8 pages of this to do.

Any suggestions?

You might use search and replace to replace multiple spaces with a
comma.
