when windows starts b4 loginbox i get

parser message value creation failed at line 25
have to click ok 4 or 5 times to get to login
I went to knowledge base but could not find the specific error

I have these notes about "parser message value created failed line 521"
so they may or may not help you. FWIW:

To get rid of this error you can switch back to a Microsoft Theme or go
to /WINDOWS/Resources/Themes/<Name of theme in use> and rename the shell
folder to the name of the visual style shown in the appearance tab.

Well, it's an old tip but there was nothing preventing you exercising a
little initiative and going to the parent site - www.jsifaq.com - and
entering in "parser message value" as a search term. This would point
