Parser Creation failed line 30

I installed this boot screen program via stardock, and on the program they stated that it would not change anything in my operating systems, and it did, I keep getting this message Parser Creation failed line 30, it hangs on line Mup sys. in safe mode, please can someone help me I really don't want to reformat my hard drive. thanks VIveca.
 
Your copy of %windir%\system32\shellstyle.dll is probably corrupt - you can
extract a clean copy using msconfig (go to Start\Run and enter "msconfig")
