Parameter queries

I would like to use a multi-select list box to select fiscal years for a
query that will feed into a crosstab query. A column in the query is fiscal
year i would like to fill a control in the form from the list selection to
feed the paramter query. Example: "FY03" or "FY04" or "FY05"
 
It will require VBA code to produce that. I'll spare you the details, but
feel free to request them.
