Paragraph marks

How do I stop unnecessary paragraph marks that keep appearing in my out going
mail?

For instance, if I send something from my outlook account to my yahoo email
it appears in yahoo with extra paragraph marks after every line.
 
what message format? are you entering line breaks at the end of each line?
do you have outlook set to break lines?

That is not an Outlook issue. That is a Word issue. Post in a Word group.
