Panda on my exit screen?

when I shut down my computer i get the usual blue screen saying windows is
shutting down but there is a picture of a little panda bears face in the
lower left corner? how can I get ride of this?? win xp pro and I did remove
all unknown programs except for the basic word and updates.

Probably connected with Panda Antivirus, if you have that installed.

Same is there at login, which you obviously don't have.
