Palm tools that allow more than 16 categories for calendar, tasks, contacts?

I live on Outlook

I use my Palm 505 as a "portable Outlook." All is OK, except for the
sixteen category limit on the various Outlook components. Also
desireable would be support of multiple categories per item.

Right now I'm using the built-in tools in the Palm.

To add to the "mix," I'm considering Franklin-Covey PlanPlus for
Outlook.

Well, I'm now a very happy Beyond Contacts user. Only problem is that
this software makes my Palm run slow. (time for a new Palm :) )

Do I still need to keep t he databases associated with the built-in
Palm applications for Calendar, Contacts, To DO? How would I delete
them?
