palm synch

Hi,

My laptop is running Win98 and I use Outlook 2000. I recently formatted my
hard drive and am trying to synch all my contacts and appointments from my
palm into Outlook. I read in the Palm instruction manual that if I wanted
to do this I would need a conduit.

I went on Palm's website and tried looking for it, but no luck there. What
do I need to do in order to transfer/copy all my appointments from my palm
into Outlook 2000?
