Until I upgraded to Office 2k3, my Palm hotsync went automatically (with the
occasional glitch, of course.) Since then, each time I hit my
FranklinPlanner task list I get a window opening, warning that a program is
trying to access Outlook's email addresses, and I'm given the option to
allow access for a period of time. No real problem as long as I'm sitting
there to grant permission, but if I don't respond really quickly, the
hotsync hangs indefiinitely.

Is there some security setting where I can grant permanent authorization for
this program? It seems there should be, but I can't find it.

There is an update to Hotsync to address this and the Franklin Planner
software is a known cause and may have a fix. Check their website.
