I recently upgrade my home computer from Windows 98 to
Windows XP Home Edition. The Paint program that comes
with Windows seems to be missing. Is there a way to find
it on the PC? If it truly is missing, can it be
downloaded from somewhere?

Try re-installing from your windows xp cd - request
repair.

Hello,

you can install the Paint by using
START | Settings | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs | Windows
Components

just search for Accessories or elsewhere in this Menu, check if there the
CeckBox is enabled for Paint.
If it IS enabled, and you dont find a Link in Startmenu, just search for the
file mspaint.exe, make an Shortcut to desktop.

Regards
Roger

See what happens if you go to START.Run and type mspaint.exe into the
box and hit OK.
