I just got a new computer, winXP. On my old computer I used a scanner,
and I had bought a Paint Shop program to run it with. Will I have to buy
another program, or does winXP have something already installed that
I could use?

MS Paint, it is a very basic image editor. What happened to your scanner
and the Paint Shop program? Are they incompatible with Windows XP?

Do you still have the Paint Shop disk(s) to install it on XP? Many older programs
will run on it by simply installing the app, others need a little help which they get
from setting them to run in XP's Compatibility Mode for apps.

If you are talking about the Paint Shop Pro program, then yes, it will
install ok onto XP. The oldest one that I have is version 7 and that
installed fine. I am now running version 9 and again, no problems.
