I'll bet if you could describe the formula used to MANUALLY calculate
PTO hours earned, someone here could write the spreadsheet formula.

There do seem to be a lot of Excel PTO templates for sale out
there...<just none free I could find>

Funny you should mention Excel. My wife was reading this over my
shoulder (she teaches Excel) and she said that as long as you know the
criteria (cutoff date, how many days for how many years of service ,
etc), it's not a complicated thing to do in Excel. All the formulas
you need are available.

Easy to do in BASIC.
