Pages not opening

My computer has started to give me the page won't open or click the refresh
button ( when I do nothing happens) lately.
I have to reboot and that doesn't help sometimes. Anything short of a
reinstall that I can correct this problem with?
Thanks for any help it will be greatly appreciated. windows xp os.

Not Enough Info.

Reboot makes it work sometimes, you indicate. Therefore this is not a
constant hard failure. So, go into Event Viewer and clear all logs. Reboot.
When the error again occurs, examine Event Viewer entries and report back to
this forum (try to be detailed in your response). You are only looking for
any reported problems.
