You can't. Page files cannot be located on a removable device.
There is a valid reason for this. Page files contain vaild memory
content relating to application programs and Windows component that
are running on the computer, and this memory content no longer exists
in RAM when it has been paged out to the paging file. It is highly
likely that at least some of this memory content will be required
again by that application program or Windows component and if the
removable drive containing the paging file has been disconnected then
the system will crash. Instantaneously. This is not a good thing
and to protect against the possibility of it happening Windows does
not allow paging files on removable drives.
